Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I take pride in providing such a personal, and special service as massage therapy to clients who literally put their bodies, and trust in your very hands. I take every massage session seriously, listen attentively as he explains areas of tension, stress and muscles needing attention; running the gamut from serious athletes, weekend warriors, repetitive work related activities, or too much time at the desk. I always make sure clients verbally express their target zones for therapy before any massage is started.. Then, you "listen" to what his body tells you, being in the moment during those 60 or 90 minutes you spend with your client...Yes I will miss that special bond I have with my clients, that trust they put in you for real, personal customized service...and, if I merge both my tactical knowledge / education in the field of massage therapy and the ability to "customize" my techniques, always giving clients the undivided attention and focus they deserve, and should expect. When you agree to provide a client massage services..that "time" is literally theirs, not yours. And when they are gratitude & complimentary post-session..Harmoniously,the universe smiles. I'll miss that..
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I ask all the right questions, I think..and never do cookie cutter rubs, its unique to his eventual state of balance, of body and mind. I pay attention to techniques and aromatherapy..encouraging harmony of spirit and soul. I hope my clients tune into the positive energy and appreciate my attention to detail making each session customized and a truly unique bodywork experience, while expanding limits of strict clinical bodywork he may have had in past....focused on his individual needs, body work desires.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like to help my clients really detach from the stresses of the day; to zone out and get lost under my touch..to feel knots and tension slip away, really let my positive energy,,put thier bodies and minds into a state of relaxation and bliss. When client is ready to leave our session, I want him to feel a sense of renewal after escaping the daily stresses we all deal with..and have fond memory of a male bonding experience that truly relaxed and revitalized his muscles from temples to toes.
