I don’t write reviews very often, but I really wanted to share the very positive experience that I had with Alex. The session was great, he was easy to contact, explained everything thoroughly, free parking, he met you with a very warm greeting, and delivered a wonderful massage. Alex really worked the knots out from head to toe, regularly checking with you about the pressure and sensation. I left feeling relaxed and like I had made a new friend. If you are looking for a good massage therapist, then give Alex a try.
Apologies,
I had accidentally sent the review to his negative review above prematurely.
To continue where I had left off, and to what actually happened is that I had a client in my studio at the time he knocked on my door.
This action done by Topcatx was completely unexpected because with all of my clients new, or old I send a verification text to them before they even commit to coming to my place. I had not with TopCatx that morning because I simply did not remember this agreement. Yet he also had been a client of mine before and he had experienced what I do with my appointments he did not get this the second time because I did not know he was coming. So the man continued to my place, and continues to send me text messages. He is getting no replies because I'm currently in session with another client. So I do not even look at my phone. So fast forward to topcatx arriving almost as simultaneously as my current client is ending. So me and client X are in the entry room of my studio. Chatting and he's getting ready to leave. Then I hear this loud knock which confused me and startled client x because he too likes his privacy. So I run to my phone vs answering the door like he suggested I had done, and see 13+ text messages from him. They are mapping out where he is as he is coming to me. He has no response to any of them. He's ignoring the fact that he is getting no response. I was 100% not aggressive with him until he because aggressive with me. This moment was not even in person or was 40 too 45 minutes after he came to my door. He got smart and aggressive over text so I replied aggressive and smart over text. I should have done this nor Should have got on the level he is trying to say I started out on. I didn't say anything that negative either. Other then he had entitlement to just walk up to my door and knock. He was a stranger he showed great disrespect as well. There was no name calling or anger. I still have the conversation I'll share with anyone.
