Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I have been In the service industry my whole life and I love it! First in food then in hair. When my salon turned into a full service spa we had some advanced training outside of what we learned in cosmetology school. I was a little nervous on my first massage guest. Mind you it was a woman and being a gay man it seemed foreign to me. But after a few mins I was fine and we were laughing... Great memories.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes I would miss the connection that I have with my guest. I have learned a lot from them and made some good friends.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I would like to think so I get a lot of call backs so yeah for sure.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
really just how grateful I am to have them in my life. I really do appreciate them
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
happy and relaxed and ready to pre book their next appointment
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
swim,run,biking
Why did you become a Masseur?
I like to make others feel good. and this is a great outlet for that
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
be yourself and know that everyone is different so want to talk some don't get a good feel for their personality
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I have 2 different colored eyes. other then that I am sure we are all great in our own ways
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
3 years and maybe 5 more
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
a few times a year. I wish I could more for sure
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I do feel having some training can be very helpful knowledge is power.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
over joyed and happy the came.
