Never had a massage before. Ever. Wanted a good, relaxing experience and Paulo was everything I could have hoped for. The atmosphere in his place is clean, calming, and inviting. My muscles had that "good hurt" the day after and the day after that. Will definitely be back!

This is my second massage with him and it was amazing. He is very easy to talk to and has the right pressure for different spots.

He greets you at the door with a smile that could melt butter. He's very accommodating and makes you feel right at ease. I didn't even have to tell him what I like or about specific areas due to him having the gift of body discernment. He allows his energy and knowledge of anatomy and massage to assess your body and then goes straight to work on those areas.

I appreciate his rapid response to my text as well.

My time on the table with Paulo is always the highlight of the month (or lately, the week). He is incredibly kind, is able to apply the heavy pressure required in my back and shoulders, but go lighter through the legs. From the very first appointment, he is been extremely accommodating with my schedule and fitting me in on short notice. I always feel safe and comfortable when I arrive, especially in the crazy environment we have found ourselves over the past few months. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end was an amazing experience. He is such a kind person and very welcoming. The massage was amazing as well. He definitely knows what he’s doing and has strong hands. This was my second massage with Paolo. I am very particular when it comes to massage. My experiences with Paolo have been extremely satisfying. I enjoy the oils used to provide the deep tissue work where needed and the long smooth strokes required. The music and setup contribute to a very enjoyable experience. Paolo is an extremely genuine and kind person....and very ***y. I highly recommend Paolo.

Oh if I could have Paulo's strong Brazilian hands on me every night I would. And oh those huge arms to knead the knots away. He is the sweetest and so genuine. He's kind and super approachable. He's so welcoming to his home where his table is set up. Had soothing music playing and had everything laid out for me 😁

Once we actually got to the massage he started at my feet working away knots from there up my legs to my glutes and hamstrings.

His bodywork is great, the perfect combination of soothing massage and soft sensual touch.

I had a back spasm a few days prior and really needed a massage. Paulo responded quickly and we set up a time easily. He checked my temperature and then his which made me feel at ease with all the craziness we’ve been dealing with lately. Calm soothing music and perfect temperature in his cozy home. The massage was relaxing and amazing. He is intuitive with his touch and the pressure he used was perfect. I felt transcended as all my pain and stress melted away. Paulo is kind and gentle and checked in with me periodically, but let me just enjoy the sensation of his hands on my body. I will definitely be back. One of the best massages I’ve ever received.

Paulo is one of the best masseurs I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! I saw him after a very stressful day, and he melted away what felt like weeks of tension. He has a friendly and playful energy, and was eager to chat about his love for the work that he does. He's well trained and intuitive, and makes sure to give your body the attention it needs. Today I had my first encounter with the ***y and talented Paulo! I get massages often because I have a very physically demanding job. So I need someone who has experience with deep tissue and knows how to treat specific areas of pain. This visit in particular he helped me with pain in my neck from allergies and sinus issues. The blockage gets so bad that it creates intense migraines. Paulo's massage is incredibly unique and hard to describe...from super intense, to gentle and sensual--- I really enjoyed that he started with my legs and my feet and I didn't even suggest it. I'm on my feet for an average of 8 miles a day six days a week and it was a relief to have him start with my legs and make them a priority. Paulo's place is very relaxing, there are candles and gentle music playing throughout the massage. He also provided time at the the end of the massage to relax and close your eyes which was a very unique and cool experience. I appreciate how strong and intense the massage was as equally sensual. I'm super thrilled that Paulo is in San Diego and I look forward to seeing him again soon.!

Wow. Paulo is something else. His technique is very unique. I am very muscular but he is strong enough to give a deep tissue massage but also has an oh so gentle touch that honestly makes all the hair on your body stand up...it’s a great combo I’ve never felt before. He uses non-traditional body parts like his abs, delts and latts to help get the job done...it’s just a really different experience. His conversation is comfortably personal and easy and I felt very at ease and open due to the intense level of relaxation he brings you to. It has to be said that he is a very, very ***y man, but it’s his sensitivity, emotional intelligence and boyish charm that elevates the entire experience. The atmosphere in his studio is way above what I’m used to from this site in its level of professionalism. Everything was just at such a high level (music, candles and oils all had distinct smells) that I thought first think about it before I decide to wash off. The 16 minutes he gives you to just lay alone in the studio before getting a shower means he “gets it”...I fell asleep after 3 minutes, was in a dream when came over and woke me up and handed me a towel to shower. I’ve thinking about that day for a few days now and definitely going to book another soon. Trust me the rest of your day is so so different. Paulo has it all, but from my experience, I’ve never had it with so much class. Thank you Paulo.

So far I have had two experiences with Paulo and they have been the best massages I’ve had thus far. I’ve been to a number of different massage/day spas and have not had a similar experience. He uses different techniques than most and pays very close attention to each body area. Firm hands and pressure and makes sure it is right to your body type. He is also very intelligent and educated and a pleasure to talk to. Will be making regular appointments :)

This was my first time with this masseur - he was incredibly friendly and communicated with me throughout the massage to ensure the pressure he was applying was comfortable. It was a really great experience and I'm looking forward to becoming a regular client.

The massage itself was wonderful. I asked for strong pressure, and he provided it—and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. He also includes a light touch to balance out the massage. I had a great experience with Paulo. His studio was aesthetically pleasing and added to the relaxed feeling. He is warm, friendly, very genuine personality, and a very handsome man. He has great touch. I had a locked up back when I came in had full range of motion and felt relaxed when I left. The massage was was extremely enjoyable with the right mix of muscle work and therapeutic touch. I will definitely do again.
