Cannon's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Yes, I do remember. I was nervous because I wanted to do a great job. I worked really hard on him. He was such a nice guy and he gave me a big hug and became a regular and he wrote a review for me. It went perfectly.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I want them to feel revived, restored, renewed. I want them to feel brand new after the massage - a relaxing adventure.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I became a masseur because I thought it would be flexible way to make extra money to pay student loans to be honest haha and I also thought I would be good at it since friends always said that I have a great touch.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Parts of it...sure.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes!
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
Mmm ...I’m very private so I'd leave it to their imagination.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I travel when a client asks. it has happened, and I enjoy it. Ive had clients take me to Arizona, Hawaii, Mexico. There are still some places I'd love to go. It’s nice to be home though.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Training is definitely necessary to be successful....and when you have a natural gift for touch to add to your training, the massage is so much better.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Skateboarding, gym, movies, music,
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like them to feel revived, brand new, and relaxed. It’s like a revival of the mind and body, spirit.
