I've heard of "no-shows", but I never expected a "not home" to an appointment I booked days in advance, and verified the day before. Simply put, there was nobody home for an appointment that I drove 1/2 an hour to, that I postponed a flight for, that I didn't book with someone else. Shame on them. No phone call, nothing. Not cool, guys. By the way, the property looked really sketchy (I had plenty of time to look around while I waited, just in case they showed up, before I finally left.) and it didn't look like a great place to be with a few hundred dollars in my pocket.
