What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be the massuer the world needs more of that gives, understands and receives love, compassion and intuitive guidance from a blend of your own experience and acknowledge and that of others'.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I feel i'm definately unique to this industry of touch because i believe that it takes, as they say, two to tango, and hence i expect my clients to meet me half way. I am and can only be as good as my client. I like to mirror the person who is about to engulf a journey with me. For instance, If say someone thinks, feels or acts in a way respectful, desiring, yearning, i am directed to give that back in spades. in my work thru my energy, my presence, The client being connected, available intentional- emotionally spiritually or intellectually helps me meet them where they are so i can nuture them and we can have a magical session. I mirror my clients, so their passion, intrigue or patience/openness on the table during the massage is really important and shows me they are meeting me half way and that's ***y. And ***y is healing. As my temperature rises in response and the hotter the room becomes, my desire to please grows. But...nothing is more of a buzz kill than when that guy starts fumblin at me from the very start of the MASSAGE as if in desperation to express himself at me (this isnt rent men) disregarding my skills, my program or my finale! Step up men, and i'll step down
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Extensive training may be unneccessary depending on your inborn gifts but extensive experience is essential.
