- I want my clients to feel like they've done something to take care of their most valuable resouce... their body.

- I especially enjoy mentoring my clients in their awareness of their own bodies and how best to experience pleasure as gateway for self-acceptance and appreciation.

- I have a high regard for the power of touch. Especially when combined with presence. I belive the combination of these two things create a sense of wholeness and connection, integral in our sense of worthiness.

- I like to travel. Mexico, Asia, Europe are high on my list of favorite places. I also am an avid gardener and photographer.

- I bring a focus on presence to my work as a massage therapist. What I really hope for all of my clients is that they leave feeling connected to their physical self in a way that feels balanced and joyful.
