JamesBringer's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I wanted to contribute to society and make a difference in this world. There are men out there who are stressed with work and home commitments and for sure they need some ‘me time’...that’s where I come in to provide that good time. My first client was the recipient of this burning passion to be loved and rubbed.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I work with clients at a personal yet professional level and the client’s needs come first even though I have expectations that must be met (hygiene) as it’ll ensure the ultimate soothing experience.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
i Want them to feel rejuvenated, pampered, loved and satisfied with their money’s worth. My clients deserve every satisfaction out of every dollar they spend and I make sure they get that.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am honest, caring and passionate about what I do. My clients’ needs come first and I respect their wishes.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes I am. I have regular clients who by now I know their likes and dislikes so I prep myself before meeting them.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
It’s been 5 years and I intend to continue doing what I am good at.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love dining out, meeting new people, travelling to experience new cultures, or just watch tv or read a book and glass or red.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I wouldn’t say addictive but I find it a way of life. To meet people and allow them the opportunity to know me and experience the magical wonders of my massage.
Why did you become a Masseur?
It’s a passion. I just love doing it to help those who need comfort and private space.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Complete satisfaction and fulfillment and a desire for a second round.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
You need to have a passion for this job. It’s a skill that needs to be nurtured over time.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I do travel and visit places when I feel like otherwise I operate along the DMV area.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I’ll say yes.
