I try to be present at all times, attentive and conscious when I’m with my clients.
Working with the human body, I have come to realize that I am actually working with an expression of time and space. As we grow into ourselves, we tend to meet a little bit of everything on our way. All experiences roots themselves into the physical body one way or another. These roots is what shapes us as humans.
The therapeutic treatment I offer is based on my background in Ayurvedic yogic massage and breath techniques, philosophies from traditional Chinese medicine and the meridian system, trigger points and yoga based muscle stretches, all combined to open and balance the body and mind.
I work on intuition and try to create a space where "anything goes". Meaning that all emotions are welcomed and in one way or another, we can channel them together to get to where we need to be.
Through touch, pressure and stretching combined with deep breaths we can as humans access our own personal memory lane and re-live moments of the past. This can express itself in various ways, but it usually always brings us to a place of release. Wether that release comes as a mental release in the form of specific, or several combined emotions or a physical release in the form of relaxation or spasms and contractions, the general feeling is often followed by tingling sensations and a blissful state of mind.
People often ask me what I do for a living. The reality is that I no longer really know what I do for a living.
Because of the diversity in what I encounter in my work, there are infinite ways of approaching infinite situations.
I believe in being present. As long as we are present with one another, we all know what needs to be done.
