MascMcledhng's Massage Interview
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I pack up my table and hit the road. No problem traveling.
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I knew from the moment I was touched by a quality therapist that I could deliver an extraordinary therapeutic experience myself.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
They have immediate relief, a increased freedom of movement, a depth of warmth. As well as, the expressed satisfaction if real physical changes. That’s cool.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Yeah - ya gotta know what your doing to a body. You are there to improve their overall muscle quality and suppleness.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Been at it for 20 years.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
My keen intuition. I incorporate a few styles. Overlapping technique, rocking and stretching, deep tissue, sports and lingam massage.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Ya gotta know what your doing. Get legit training. Use a table as well as a light massage creme, no oils.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I knew what felt good on me. I realized, no one, would massage me they way I wanted/needed. I learned to teach therapists how to work on me.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Talk; last binge watch, politics, talk about almost anything. Movies, series, acting, directing. Talk about the working out, gym, spinning, yoga, hiit. Electric cars. DiscoverID . . . .
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Happy, surprised and feeling relieved and de-stressed.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
Liberal progressive. : )
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, I am, I do.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes it is. Depends, it’s physically hard work; hard on one’s body, and can be exhausting mentally as well. But it is also invigorating. I’m energized after body work.
