What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Always listen to your clients but be firm in your boundaries and how you let others treat you and your business. Your body and your hands are your life blood so take care of yourself and be firm on your price and what you are worth. Your massage will speak for itself.
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My first client was in massage school and I was absolutely terrified. However, having been an elite level springboard and platform diver my whole life, I treated it like a competition, and let my mind and body do what it was trained to do and everything went well. That client said "you were meant to do this and I know you will touch people in a positive light physically, spiritually, and emotionally." That was 14 years ago and I haven't stopped.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to travel, try new restaurants, read, volunteer, ride my bike, go to amusement parts, and try exotic foods.
