Thanks to over 13 years of experience in Pilates and Personal training in Los Angeles, Hollywood, California I understand how your body works and how to release those muscles causing discomfort and pain. I will focus on releasing tension in the shoulders and hip area by applying pressure and stretching key muscles. Then a full body massage that will balance and relax your whole body.

From his great communication to this overall personality and masseur skills, Gaspar is an incredible wholesome man. He has the ability to make you feel at ease and melt away the stress your body carries. His massage technique is one of a kind, very nurturing, energy rebalancing and the pressure was perfect. Gaspar has beautiful radiating energy, felt it since we spoke on the phone to schedule and confirmed upon meeting him in person. Highly recommended him for a rejuvenating and integrative experience.

He was on time, pressure was perfect, very caring and nurturing
What a stunning human being in person, and an attentive masseur with the perfect manner to put you at ease. Worked me with the exact pressure I hoped he would. He was professional, soft spoken and ready to go once I got there. An all-around pleasant man. I’ll be back for sure next time he’s in town.
