RodHagen's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I've been ******ing for 18 years and doing massage for 12 years. After going to massage school for several months, one of my ****** clients volunteered to be my first massage client, and although he and I were very familiar, we were both surprised at how much we connected during the massage and he was very happy with the therapeutic massage techniques I’d learned in all those hundreds of hours of massage school.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I'd miss massage very much. It is something I enjoy because I get to meet so many different kinds of people and I truly enjoy the work itself physically and mentally and emotionally
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Totally. I'm successful at it because my clients are extremely happy with me (you can read all the reviews on rodhagen.com) and I'm successful because of how much I love and enjoy massage.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I come from a rural background. I'm very athletic, Love a lot of outdoorsy sports. I can't read enough.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I want them to feel like they spent intimate time with a very close friend. I also want them to feel physically relaxed and invigorated at the same time.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Ski, climb, bike, read, climb, drink coffee. And then drink coffee again.
Why did you become a Masseur?
And while I do get to meet a lot of people ******ing, I wanted to expand the circle of people I see in an intimate setting and massage seemed the best routed.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I have nearly 20 years experience in connecting with men intimately, and I combine that experience with solid schooling in quality therapeutic massage.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I've been a masseur for 12 years. I don't want to stop. Ever.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love traveling. Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, the States. All are awesome. I am not a homebody.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Absolutely. There's nothing worse than a massage that feels directionless and without purpose.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I want them to feel like they spent intimate time with a very close friend. I also want them to feel physically relaxed and invigorated at the same time.
