Vince_Isley's Massage Interview
Why did you become a Masseur?
I have cronic pain in my spine that has hindered me to be successful with any other corperate job. I am an entrepreneur anyways and like to be able to set my own hours. So this was the best option for my situation.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
As long as I can stay productive and healthy doing this I will do it for as long as I can. But also I have other hobbies that I am investing in as well that are not making money yet so I'll continue massages till then.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I have noticed some of the massueru are charging way over what most would be considered fair for this service. I try to keep ranges in the middle of what everyone charges so I have less chances of being denied based off of rates
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am a professional and expect the same from clients. I will work with everyone and accommodate time slots but won't compromise my health.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
A little over a year and I'll keep doing so potentially I definitely if I can get my state license and open up a spa
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
I don't think this is made for everyone. Need to have strong hands and not cramp up.
