Abedward's Massage Interview
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
To be honest, yes I would. I love being able to connect with people and provide the service to have them be more relaxed. Also it’s great to get to know people more
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to go hiking, camping, dancing, watch a movie, spend time with friends, and travel
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I probably travel about once a month. I do need those days to stay home and do nothing though. I’d say I’m both
Why did you become a Masseur?
My Uncle in Brazil had a massage studio and I would see him give shoulder massages when the family would get together. I could tell it made everyone feel better and looked fun. Now here I am!
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Relaxed, sleepy, satisfied, wanting more in the future
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I think so yes, I believe so because I have many repeat clients. That’s how I consider myself successful.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
If you want to help make people feel better, if you care about people and love to listen I think that’s half the battle. Find a school near you and sign up!
