I contacted Sem for a massage to help with a painful knot in my upper back and to work out soreness from a leg workout. Sem is a personable, warm man who made me feel welcome as soon as I came in the door. He worked hard at loosening that knot, and did a good job. I was amazed at his technique for working on my glutes, hamstrings, and calves: firm pressure and constant motion using his knee! Never experienced that before, but it was absolutely the right thing! Best leg work I've ever had; hands and forearms just can't work the larger muscles the way Sem did with his knee. Definitely look forward to his next visit to my town, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
