With a MovNat session we learn skills that help us get back in touch with our human nature.
It’s not exactly a “workout” (although it will definitely challenge you and get you in better shape) but it’s more like learning and practicing skills that our species used to rely on for survival before we developed so many modern conveniences.
I like to do the work in the park as the health benefits of being outdoors are incredible; not only physically but mentally emotionally and spiritually as well.

I love taking care of my body and being in good shape. I love being admired and I’m a bit of a 🦚* and a show-off. I went to school for exercise science about the same time I was in massage school because I thought massage and exercise work so well together. I’ve also been a certified personal trainer since 1996 and I love making exercise and health and fitness fun for other people.
I have put together some options for training with me online since I travel so much and it’s difficult to meet with clients in person. Typically I like to meet once to get started but I can also do the whole thing online.

My name is Jag and I’m a vagabond. So jagabond is a portmanteau of those two words.
In case you didn’t know, the name Jag comes from Indian culture and in Hindi it means The Universe. It is aligned with my belief that we are all one being manifested in different bodies. In Hindi it is pronounced like we would say “jug” but I pronounce it as in jaguar. While I strongly relate to the concept that I am the universe (we all are), I also very strongly relate to the beautiful, lithe, supple power of the jaguar.
And a vagabond is a wanderer; someone who travels a lot and looks for temporary jobs wherever he goes. It also usually refers to being homeless and broke. haha I do OK, but I’m not rich and I don’t value material possessions. I prefer to only use the things I need and let them go as soon as I can. I often rely on gifts and donations for basic needs and comforts like underwear and food.
