JoshFoster's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My first client ever was a huge stroke of luck, the tides turned and he gave me a massage while we had great conversation going the entire hour. His day was made and so was mine! That's how I knew I wanted to be in this line of work. We mutually had a great time and I have yet to leave any of my men without them being satisfied c;
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Satisfied! Always! Repeat business is the best business. I am never lazy about my work and put in my all wether it rains or shines. My job is to release your stress and when I leave my clients in a tranquil state of mind it makes me feel amazing, no matter the size of the victory you should always celebrate it! Those moments build the best memories, and knowing I helped someone's day/night get better is a success to me.
I also might add that I feel as though every client could and should trust me, I am not a gossip type person at all! I don't mind ranting or hearing what's going on with you even in the slightest! What you tell me will never be repeated to a single soul, I feel as if that trust only helps the whole experience, everyone needs to get some things off their chest every now and then and im glad to be of service! Never will i or have I EVER brought drama to anyone I've visited with. What you tell me is as safe if not safer then when you talk to a medical professional. I take discretion very seriously.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Besides the usual young adult things like socializing and making friends I am in love with computers and technology as a whole. If you're tech savvy I can promise we'll get along. So be prepared to grab another hour with me. (:
I am fluent in 2 programming langueges as well as having all three CompTIA A+ certifications and my CCNA. Repairing electronics is my own way of meditation and focusing on the now, wether it be phones, game consoles, laptops or a personal computer, my mind is always quiet when im touching those green circuit boards.
Before I enrolled in college I was an extreamly competitive gamer, I prefer MMORPGs but I don't disciminate, every game has its strong points and whatever your preference may be is never going to be brushed off. Im still teachable and who knows!? You might just turn me on to a whole new style of play!
I'm currently in school working towards my ultimate goal of becoming a Certified Ethical Hacker and being a penetration tester. Security is a big deal to me and I always catch myself explaining a bit more then I need to. Im a geek/nerd/dork whatever you want to call it and I am damn proud!
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
Relax! The time we're together is your time to take your mind off anything happening outside of that room. The service you're paying for is supposed to promote tranquility, relaxation and serenity. I will always do my best to keep you in the now and even if your mind drifts feel free to say something! Judging is the last thing im there to do. I'm young but it's been a crazy 19 years on this planet and im almost confident enough to challenge you to surprise me- however that isn't very tranquil so please take my confidence with a grain of salt.
I've said it before but i feel as if I have to be on repeat about this, discretion and security are HUGE to me, never feel as if you can't say something based on how I might perceive it. Even if our opinions differ it's not my business to share- and i promise it will never turn into gossip.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Absolutely! The rush I get from helping someones day is priceless to me. The fact i get paid to do something I enjoy so much is amazing. Time is hitting me slow for now so hopefully I'll be around for a while c; catch me now or in the future but I guarentee satisfaction! The customer comes first in my eyes, you leaving happy keeps me happy.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be comfortable around people, and confidence is key. These are not my stong points so im a constant work in progress, but the progress made is phenomenal. Help me help you.
Confidence is important because if you aren't comfortable how can you expect to make someone else comfortable? Boasting/pride and confidence are very different things, stay humble and willing to learn but never be unsure of yourself as that just breeds more tension and is counter productive to the whole purpose of this service.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Have you scrolled through my pictures? I think your answer is right there c;
But seriously, I consider myself a professional and treat it as a business transaction the best I can, you're paying me not only for a massage, but the experience a great massage brings. I will always bring my best effort to the table and If that isn't enough I'll fake it till I make it. You'll be treated as if we're kin and I never want anything but the best for my guys. While im with you its my job to get and keep you as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I don't claim to be perfect but ill be damned if i I don't continuously strive for it. With me you're in good hands, regardless of where in the massage we are if there's anything you think could help make the experience better for yourself express it! There will never be offense taken, who has a better opinion about recieving a rub down better than the person recieving the rub?
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love to travel! So if you might have somewhere for me to go don't hesitate to ask! Most of my current classes are online and I can bring my laptop with me anywhere. Exploring and experiencing new things is one of my greatest joys in life, and my treatment is the whole time you are with me. Not just when physical contact is being made. If we're on vacation, we are on VACATION I mean phones off unless we need them, deep talks in the woods, stupid pictures, whatever you're comfortable with! What else would you be paying for if it's not a companion?
Com-pan-ion: one of a pair of things intended to complement or match each other.
And that's what you will recieve, to the best of my ability, at ALL times
Why did you become a Masseur?
It started as just a way to pay for college but quickly evolved into a passion of mine. So i became a masseur to help myself- I still can't help myself DX
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I currently have been working as a masseur for 4+ months i would love to keep this up for decades to come but unfortunetly they won't help me progress with the goals I have in life. I know for sure im going to be doing this for a couple years while im living in beautiful sin city! But I can't say too much for after I graduate as I don't know exactly where life will take me. My hypothesis is that I'll take a break and then start back up once I become stable again. At this time I dread having to stop, I love to please. What can I say?
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
In a state of complete and udder relaxation, tranquility, serenity or just so tired they feel they NEED to nap c;
