KyngCharm's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I don’t remember my first client. I do remember when I was first starting to be a Masseur though, I was beyond nervous. After about like my third client it became a breeze.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
It’s very addictive and yes I would miss my masseur days.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, I do feel like I am a successful masseur because I have repeat clients.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I’m down to earth and kind. If I were to pick something that I wanted my clients to know about me it would be that they can count on me to relax them.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I would like for them to feel Relieved, Relaxed, and Refreshed.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to cook, hang with friends, have my alone time, shop, travel, and make money.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I became a masseur many years ago.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
I would tell them to get to know the body and know how to relax a individual.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I’m me and I have my own approach. You will leave satisfied.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
For nearly 10 years I have been and I will do it as long as I can.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I travel like every quarter and I’m a homebody as well.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I wouldn’t necessarily say that but the more you know is better. There are a lot of people that don’t have a lick of training but are great in the masseur world.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I want them to feel as if all the stress and problems of life are lifted off of them.
