Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, I am successful for 8 years..
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes..I love massaging the body..It is therapeutic for both people..
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
a fit, latin, educated guy..
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
that person should feel relaxed, pain free and happier..
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
music, weight lifting, writing..
Why did you become a Masseur?
I fell into it..I was a Fitness Trainer first and we are required to massage the client at the end..I like it..I like all aspects of good, natural health..
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Well, first know the body, get some experience, study the body and remember Massage is a business..
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Well, a lot of masseurs brag about their Massage License..lmao..But I have gone further..I have 6 certifications..I studied the body and can recognize health problems almost immediately..I study nutrition and naturapathic medicine..So that makes me more knowledgeable ..:)
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have worked as a masseur for over 8 years..I do enjoy it..So I will do it in some form or other for a long long time..
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I do most of my massages in Greenpoint, Brooklyn..My private office..But I don't mind travelling; if you call hours ahead of time..This way I can plan..
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Yes, unfortunately experience counts for everything..
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like them to feel relaxed, pain free and happier..
