I would like them to feel relaxed, satisfied and aware more of themselves than they felt before the session.

have done it for around a decade. For how much longer? I do not plan my life. I live it from the now moment
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
My hobbies are connected to my work. I teach meditation, massage and self-awareness. I love free weights training. Nutrition. I also write self-help books.
