Talentedmuscle's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Yes. My first client was an older gentleman who needed to be touch and nurtured. I approached him with strong but caring hands with the intention of making him feel amazing and had my complete attention through out the session. I tailored our session to his personal needs and he left a hanged man. He became a repeat client and remained with me for many years.
I realize the importance of massage and how powerful it can be. I will only approach my clients with good intentions and the power to make them feel amazing!
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Absolutely. I had to stop for a few years to take care of my Mom while she was ill. After returning to massage, Ibrealized how rewarding it is to make people feel goog!
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, my clients are delightfully surprised once they feel my hands and the way I give a massage. They are getting a great massage along with a hot man.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
That I am a loving caring individual who believes that random acts of kindness go along way in this life and that doing things for the rite reason makes this world a better place!
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Like all of their needs have been met and they are completly well satisfied.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Anything outdoors! I live in South Florida and the beach is the place to be. I love water sports!
Why did you become a Masseur?
I was a ballet dancer and got an injury that needed massage. I thought I would not be able to dance anymore so I went to massage school and got Nationally Certified.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be prepared to give. Massage is all about the client!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I am always completely focused on my clients needs and tailor each massage to suit the individual. Every massage is different!
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been doing massage for at least 15 years and will do it as long as I physically can.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love to travel. I wish I had more opportunity to do so!
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Experience is good in any profession. The more you know, the more you have to offer.
