Using thumbs, palms, elbows, forearms and knees to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilizations and assisted yoga stretch, I use body weight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm which is a graceful movement between giver and receiver.
The treatment is OIL FREE allowing the heat of my hands to penetrate the layers of the skin helping to move stagnated energy. TRUST ME it gets hot.
