Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My first client was a very nice elderly man that was very respectful and it was a joy to work with him. He has been a client for more than 10 years now.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I must say I enjoy working on a man's body.
I also like the feeling of making someone feel better.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Very much so. I've been full time as a masseur for over 10 years now.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am genuine, kind, respectful and caring.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
completely relaxed and satisfied
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Music, movies, whitewater rafting.
Why did you become a Masseur?
My first partner got me interested in the career.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Don't rush your clients out the door!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
More experience and maturity. My determination to make each client feel special. My goal is to get you back as a regular.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
11 years full time. Part time since dirt was created.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Love to travel to Florida, Vegas, and NOLA. Often as possible.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
It helps, but a good Masseur has a gift of touch that cannot be taught.
It is putting something of yourself into what you do and connecting with your client.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Totally satisfied, relaxed and trying to figure out when they can return for another session.
