AaronCB's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Oct 18, 2023
- They’ll be feeling, alright.
- Debate me on this one.
- I truly do not travel much. I have a dog, German Shepherd / Border Collie mix. We chill a lot, I work remotely- so I can travel, but my sobriety and quiet lifestyle keeps me very happy within these four walls.
- Since the dawn of time, until Revelations comes to fruition!
- I think that I’m a genuine guy here, my belief system is based off direct communication and being concise and vulnerable as well. I have a tattoo of a Walt Whitman poem from his compilation titled Leaves of Grass, “Body Electric.” Whitman, here, describes the beauty of the male figure. The beauty of freckles and sunburnt shade, sweat, vocal articulation, and how we all share thin red jellies running through our veins. I tap into the delicacy and art of celebrating the human body, and I know how to properly do so!
- Don’t study taxes and get an MBA, study the body.
- Quite so!
- I’m in between jobs, so I’m picking this back up again. I’m in love with the art and it’s making job hunting painfully brutal because working in the 9-5 environment, albeit remote, is not as fun as giving massages in my studio. You win, I win, I get to use my muscles to help others out? Like- working a desk job is so underwhelming in attraction now!
- I’m a CPA in tax? Not a fun fact, but I can talk to you about numbers for days and be genuinely intrigued by our conversation haha. I’m someone who’s got an MBA in taxation and has worked Corporate Tax for an entire career. I have a lot of fun doing it, too- it’s oddly my passion. Almost comedic, the way “remote work” has enabled someone with hand and knuckle tattoos, like myself, to be filing tax returns all day long.
- As someone actively in recovery and cover, I dare say I maybe potentially possibly have addictive tendencies. Who knows? But- yes. I genuinely enjoy having my strong hands hold a clients waist.
- Certainly, I do!
I’m standing at a tall 6’3”, 215lbs of pretty much muscle weight. My hands are huge and strong, and so to not use these hands as instruments would be a shame! I forget how ‘big’ I am as a person until I’m walking in a crowd- but it’s an amazing realization when I do come to. I think that’s because of my stature and strength, I’m able to tap into an ability to genuinely maneuver the body properly and with the right balance of tension and release. It’s connecting in the human experience to have my full body weight resting on a client whilst getting a massage.
- My clients leave my studio feeling relived of all the stressors life brings us to carry around on our day-to-day. A lot of my clients have been on business trips, and simply needed a reliable masseur to come by and help them out. That’s what I like to do, help people- so let me help you get rid of those knots in your neck.
- My biggest hobby is experiencing this world with my best friend and dog, Cornbread! I got him from the shelter in Austin in 2018 when he was about 6 weeks old, and I had just gotten sober. He’s been my sober companion, by my side ever since.
I play on a kickball league and these grown men take it way too seriously, making for entertaining Saturday morning games.
Huge Astros fan, UT football fan, will likely be watching games at any point in time haha
