My profile gives a quick blurb about who I am but I think the process of scheduling a session can be intimidating for some and I figured it'd be nice to have a guide of what to expect and more insight on what you'd encounter. My contact info is listed in my profile and I will reiterate that texting is easiest for me, but I also understand that some have their own preferred methods of reaching out and that's ok. Once you do though, we will have a chat about the logistics (rates, locations, scheduling a date and time) and you can ask whatever questions you have about me and/or the session. When you arrive, I'll introduce myself, discuss any particular areas you're wanting to work on and then we'll get you on the table and get started. My goal is always to give you the relief and touch you seek and put all of my focus and energy into the session and you. Within that space, I want you to feel deeply relaxed. I want the experience to transport you and allow you to leave your stress, concerns and inhibitions behind. You are free to let go and are in strong, capable hands with me. I love what I do and I think that's felt in my approach. I hope this helps reassure those considering booking
