When you schedule a massage that’s less than 90mins you may find that the session ends too quickly. You may feel rushed. Just as you’re starting to really relax, it’s over. If you’re not adequately relaxed you may find it difficult to finish the erotic part. Whereas by choosing 90min, you open yourself up to experiencing total bliss from start to finish. The stretches:
1. Standing straight up, feet about shoulder width. Proceed to slowly bend down and reach for your ankles, your feet or the floor. Hold this stretch for 20sec. Make sure you're comfortable enough to keep breathing throughout the stretch or else don't bend down so far. After these few seconds, slowly bring yourself back up to an upright position. Put your hands on your hips and take a few breaths. Stabilize your balance.

2.) Next perform a back bend in the opposite direction. Take it nice and easy. Go slow. Bend backward. Tilt your head back. Take this stretch easy and slow and remember don't go so far back that you hold your breath. Hold the stretch for 15sec. Bring yourself back to an upright standing position. Stabilize. Breathe. Hands on hips still.

3.) from your upright standing position, raise your right arm over your head and stretch to the left. Hold for 10-15sec. Come back to your standing upright stance and after catching your breath and stabilizing, raise your left arm over your head and side bend to the right. Come back to your home position and repeat these set of stretches once.
