- Practice as much as you can and listen to the people you work on. Everyone is different and you must learn to feel the body and accept the direction it and the client is giving you. At no time will you know everything and you should always be willing to stray from your techniques to satisfy the client.

- I became a masseur through my experience as a personal trainer. I found most people I trained were not stretching or doing proper recovery techniques. At the end of my training sessions, I would give a quick massage that eventually became a staple. I am a firm believer in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. It is very difficult to improve one without affecting the others so the massage, workouts, and psychology training all fell into place.

- I am a huge video game fanatic. I love playing RPGs and escaping into the fantasy world of the character's lives. I also love reading and working out.

- I want them to feel a bit disoriented and euphoric. My goal is to help them forget their stresses and to take them to a different place than the world they deal with when not on my table.

- I am very laid-back and have a tendency to chat if the client seems to want to talk. That comes from my psychology background. I just want everyone to feel comfortable and will do almost anything to see that they are.

- The only barometer is the satisfaction of my clients. I try to text each one the following day and make sure they are feeling ok and that they were satisfied with their experience. Never have I had someone unhappy and most of the local ones are repeat clients. I guess that would make me successful.

- I do! I was really nervous but had been told I would be well received. I tend to get really deep into the muscle and was afraid some people wouldn't like the pressure. Personally, I like to feel like I was beaten up after a massage, which is why I try to go as deep as necessary, but others do not necessarily enjoy feeling that way.
