ZenSual Male Bonding
May I melt your stress away?
I’m a trained therapist with 9 years of experience and mostly work on sports and rehabilitation therapies. I’m trained in over 16 different modalities and at times I use more that one to curate a session based on what your body is guiding me to do.
My focus is on the massage, the ZenSual component is that you may be nude and draping is optional.
I can be nude as well depending on what is comfortable to us. And perhaps the ending can be joyful. ;) - once again the focus is in a massage session that can ground you, rebalance your nervous system, improve posture, increase flexibility and remove pain. As it transports you into that space of serenity.
Pleasurable and therapeutic all at once
A little of my background in Massage Therapy :)
Welcome to my blog, today I’d like to share a little about my background with massage therapy. When growing up, my father made a career change into Chiropractic & Massage therapy. So, I grew up and the word “massage” & “adjustments” were always around. (This came to be the thing I said to myself I would never want to become and here we are). Since a very young age I started massaging my parents, their friends and some relatives, I guess I was learning just by observing my surroundings. People did always encouraged me to pursue it as a career. But it was not until I was feed up working a 9-5 as a personal injury paralegal that one day, the brilliant idea came to me of pursuing a career that helped the injured not on paper but hands on.
Two weeks later I started my journey in Massage School (NHI in studio city) and the rest is a story that I am still writing. I love what I do, I have a deep understanding of the body and highly sensitive yet strong hands, my passion is helping people out of pain to return to their normal life style, and thank goodness I’ve been able to help many. If you’re in pain and need relief, I might be your guy :) … contact me

Touch
Moments after our birth, we were held by our mothers. We were caressed, embraced and loved and throughout our early childhood we needed touch for our survival otherwise the world was big, too complex, and it would have been impossible to survive without touch, which leaves imprints in our body of touch being = to nourishment, safety and confort. If we look deep within the topic, touch is also a medicine for the body. Touch is known to produce the hormone or oxytocin which is known as the hormone of love, that makes us feel connected and safe, is also a natural pain killer and antidepressant. Touch in form of massage, stimulates circulation and activates all bodily functions, you’ll notice how the monkey mind slows downs and you’ll start falling in a deep state of presence, which can be a powerful restoring state to tap in.
Have you ever been so still that you can almost have an out of body experience?
For a moment all the cares of the world disappear and your full focus is inwards into a world of infinite possibilities.
My invitation for you is to come practice surrender through touch and learn about stillness with massage therapy. Contact me for a session
The Healing Power of Touch
Understanding Its Impact on Mental Health: Touch, one of the most fundamental ways of communicating and connecting, plays a crucial role in human well-being and mental health. Its importance is often overlooked, yet it can heal, comfort, and strengthen our emotional and psychological states. Compassionate touch is a platonic, nurturing form of contact that conveys empathy, comfort, and support. It can range from a warm hug to professional interactions like those between a massage therapist and their client. This type of touch is central to human bonding and can be deeply therapeutic.
Research shows that compassionate touch activates the body’s vagus nerve, which is intimately involved with our compassionate response and helps to decrease stress and anxiety levels. It can also stimulate the release of oxytocin, often referred to as the "love hormone," which fosters feelings of trust and bonding. Touch is a powerful nonverbal communication tool that can reassure, calm, and heal. In mental health, it can play a transformative role, for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, or loneliness.
Nervous system reboot
There are several ways to cope with stress and anxiety, and definitely massage therapy is one of the Best, if not THE BEST way to help your body process emotional, physical or mental stress and give the body that much needed reboot in a natural and holistic way.
- Touch: Having someone touching you in a fraternal nurturing demeanor can have a very soothing and therapeutic effect. - JUST FROM TOUCH ALONE.
- Circulation: Passive circulation can be magical, healing and a form of meditation on its own. - When all of the blood is leaving the tissue from the pressure applied by massage and make its way back into the circulatory system, back into the heart, increases blood oxygenation which results in a decline on brain activity. Then the brain waves go from Beta to Gama people REPORT A FEELING of "DISSAPEARING IN SPACE", OR "GETTING LOST IN TIME", OR "SUSPENDED IN NOTHINGNESS". - Receiving a major nervous system reboot, for a moment no more fight or flight or the next thing. JUST HERE AND NOW, IN THE MOMENT FEELING SAFE AND WELL.

Hot Stone - Melt your tension away
Hello Massage Lovers,
Welcome to the world of hot stones, today we’ll be learning about the benefits and techniques. Find out if Hot Stones is right for you!
Hot Stone massage is a combination of eastern and western medicine, it uses basalt black stones (a composition of lava rocks that cool from magma, liquid rock that rises from the deep Earth at volcanoes) charged with magnesium and iron, a great conductor of heat (energy). When massaged with basalt stones, you don't only receive the benefits of the heat, your body is also absorbing minerals through the skin, and also helping in clearing stagnant energy.
Heat brings circulation to the very surface capillaries which helps in rehydrating stiff muscles and help prepare the body for deep bodywork.
Most people have experience hot stone massage but they always comment never one like mine :) my technique uses the hot stone as a Guasha tool to scrape and melt the muscle, i also use the stone for a fascia release tool. The outcome is longer results, with less pain, hence heat really melts tension away.
Allow my expert hands to melt all your tension away!

Divine Feminine
A while back, I use to hear about balancing the feminine energy and I had no clue what that meant or how it was done. Nonetheless, intuitively I knew my feminine energy was out of balance. - I use to think: “oh well, I’m gay. I must be in touch with my feminine side”. - boy, I was wrong. It took me a while before I UNDERSTOOD and grasped what feminine energy really means. It was not until one day, practicing Breath-Work, when I had what you would consider a vision. Of this women, who looked a bit like what Catholics describe as “the virgin” (I was raised by a Jewish mother, a virgin is not in my psyche) she had a heart of gold in her hands and puts it into my heart. In the silence of the vision I understood that the Divine feminine is that part in each of us that holds unconditional love like the one a mother can give. Having that energy balanced means: loving yourself so unconditionally like a mother would, correcting and restricting ourselves like a mother would, supporting and encouraging ourself like a mother would. Forgiving and having patience with ourselves like a mother would.
In each of us there is a spark of unconditional love, can u feel urs? Have u connected? Want2?
Lower B pain, glutes, Legs, Hip flexors or psoas?
Hello Massage Lovers, hope you’re having a wonderful day and if not, come on to my table I can make it better 😇 hehe. Today we’ll be looking into lower back pain and tension. This is one of the areas which in order to treat pain rarely has to be addressed as a local problem. Lower back aches are usually a symptom of other muscles pulling the lumbar vertebrae’s out of alignment causing the pain signal. Some of the most common muscle groups that get tight and might be pulling on your lower back are;
Group 1:Periformis, Hamstrings, and Hip flexors. Group 2: Glute Medial, IT band, Quadriceps, Hip Flexors and psoas.
Group 3: lower trapezes, quadratus lumburum, Glute muscles, hamstrings, quadicreps, adductors, psoas and calf’s.
To determine which muscles to work on, I evaluate your posture and guide you through movements to pin point the tight muscles and create a treatment plan to balance the weak with tense muscles.
When treating lower back pain is important to target the right muscles, to even out the tension.
Neuromuscular therapy and stretch and help remove years of tense muscles in just a few sessions, contact me today and get you on my table ASAP 😇 thanks for reading 🙏🏽
Why am I sore after a massage?
Hello Massage Lovers, this Jose. Your favorite CMT 🥰 today bringing you some insight on what could be causing your post treatment soreness.
Soreness after a massage is completely normal: of course you just had someone digging your muscles, moving fascia, realigning fibers and breaking adhesions. Yes you will have some degree of soreness, but overall the wellness should be just as noticeable; such as better mobility and less physical discomfort or tension pain. You can remedy your post treatment soreness by drinking ton of water! YES, 90% chance that your post treatment soreness is related to mild or severe dehydration.
During a massage nutrients, toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, acids, stagnant blood gets flushed out of the muscle and is set into circulation back to the heart. New, fresh, highly oxigenated blood comes and replace the blood that was flushed, in the next 48 hours after your massage treatment your body enters a process of detoxification. WHY DRINKING WATER IS IMPORTANT! - because you get to eliminate all of the toxins, and metabolic waste through the urine, and allow your muscles to not hold so much.
Drink tons of water before and after massage for best results

Trauma, stress & anxiety lives in the body
Our body is an ancient machine, the fact that I am still in my early 30’s, or you in your early 20’s doesn’t take away the fact that our bodies are ancient. According to CRI testing you can use a mt-DNA test and trace 100,000 generations and see each major step your ancient ancestor took along the way. Epigenetics proved that many character, behavioral and health traits have been passed on to us in our genes, all though they are not the main factor that determines how you live your life today. Thank goodness we still have CHOICE!
In the other hand we have our life experiences that get recorded into our body in the memory bank of our cells and DNA, that makes up who we are today. The stress stays in the bodies nervous system keeping our nerves always on fight or flight. Having to deal with stress or coping with it.
That’s where Professional Massage Therapy comes in!
Because trained hands can take you from fight or flight into the feeling safe, zone. When we squeeze the muscles, we are also squeezing trauma, stress, and anxiety that lives in the tissue as cortisol, lactic acid and toxins. Addressing the body for lasting results in your journey to wellness is key . Book today!

The Difference between Deep Tissue and Myofascia
Hi Massage Lovers, today I bring a geeky blog post for those who wish to become more knowledgeable in the world of massage therapy💆♂️
Let’s start by defining what is Deep Tissue and what is Myofascia: 1) Deep Tissue Massage, is a technique that gradually increases pressure until it becomes therapeutically deep enough to break up scar tissue in the muscle, promotes circulation, elasticity and muscle repair. 2) Myofascia Therapy is an anatomically specific massage technique that targets the facia or connective tissue, since it’s objective is to mobilize fascia the technique only requires deep enough pressure to engage the connective tissue, and it’s only applied where deemed necessary by the therapist. The goal of this modality is to break up adhesions in the connective tissue, increase elasticity, at times it gets to the root of the issue and dramatically reduces pain. - Since Myofascia release is not a full body technique Can it be combined? Yes!! It’s Can be combined with any other modality like Swedish, sports, shiatsu or even in the sensual sessions 😇
When do I use Myofascia? When clients have chronic pains, radiating pain or decrease mobility.

Breathwork - Brain 🧠 and Heart 🫀 Coherence
Neuroscience and epigenetics have demonstrated that our thoughts have an effect on our body. The average human processes about 70,000 thoughts per day, and 90% of those thoughts are the same as the day before, we either think about past events or the future. Most of the thoughts are in Autopilot processed by our subconscious mind and they play a HUGE role in our emotions which may dictate our behaviors, performance and health.
Yes - our health! Did you know that 90% of all ailments are stress and life style related conditions?
How do we break the thought cycle? Some say that meditation or Yoga can help, but in my experience the easiest and fastest way to connect with inner silence has been Breathwork.
Here is my favorite breathwork technique that you can use when feeling stressed or anxious: it’s called the 5-5
1. Be sure to be in a safe place, preferably laying down
2. Put one hand on your abdomen and one hand on your chest
3. Begin inhaling for 5 seconds from the diaphragm and feel how the hand on your abdomen rising and allow the air to go wherever it needs to go.
4. Exhale for 5 seconds and as you exhale feel the air taking away all your tension.
Repeat for 5mins
Your invitation to Breathwork and Massage
It is our breath that animates our body, our primary source of nourishment before food or water. They say that we can live without food or water for about a week or two, but we wouldn’t last long without our breath. In Sanskrit the word for breath is Prana which means The Spirit of life or life source.
Our body uses Oxygen to release CO2, Nitric Oxide and other gases to keep us healthy and happy. Our breath is the ONLY mechanism we can control from our Autonomic Nervous system. By consciously controlling our breath we can send signals to our brain and nervous system to slow down or to produce more energy.
I’ve curated a session that starts with a breathing technique called: Euphoric Breathing. Which is known to regulate emotions, quiet the monkey mind and put you in a state of bliss. Followed by a full body massage that will take you out of your body into the zone, a place where no stress or anxiety can exist. It’s you reconnecting to the present moment, to the inner silence and peace that already exist within you.
This session can be performed while mutually nude and invites a healing component of sensuality. But not required.
Reconnect w ur body and mind. Book today 🙏🏽🫶
Unity, Community, Acknowledgement.
In this word of technology, we are more “connected” than ever, yet. So disconnected from one another. I believe that the most important aspect of massage is that which isn’t the most obvious. Even with mounting scientific data, I believe that the real power of massage therapy lies in the areas of socialization and community. I could expand on the physiological responses to massage, but frankly, after almost a decade in practice, it is my humble opinion that what I am doing is providing safe empathetic connection via human touch, and that, is what makes my clients feel better.
In a deeper perspective, we all inherently crave connection, community and acknowledgment and when deprived it’s easier for our nervous system to fall into fight or flight response and use coping mechanisms that are less than ideal.
Reducing pain, increasing mobility and finding a new sense of tranquility might be just one massage away.

A Customized Massage - Just for you 💙♥️
Having a moment of peace seems like a hard mission to accomplish in this fast paced world, always thinking of the next task, bombarded by the media and never really taking time to reconnect with that place of stillness, of sacred ancient wisdom that resides within ourselves. Our human body: A divine sacred perfect machine, if you become wounded, you needn’t to remind your body how to scar. It’s a natural process. But stress shuts our repairing abilities to the point of trouble. Did you know that 95% of ailments are caused by stress?
Why not allow yourself to relax??
I combine potent pressure points in the body to trigger a deep sense of relaxation, firm to deep therapeutic strokes to circulate and oxygenate blood, soft and soothing techniques to awaken the senses (zen-sual If desired) and even heat (with hot stones) to deepen and enhance the experience. The outcome is a deep sense of wellness, happy faces and a body ready to self heal.
Contact me to book your session. Mostly working by appointments but last minute request can sometimes be accommodated. So always welcomed!
Email me or text me for any questions, don’t forget to mention you saw me on RM

Focused in Massage Therapy
Hey massage lovers, thank you for taking the time to read my post.
At this time, I’d like to kindly extend my services for those who are looking for a zen-sual massage that is mostly focused in therapeutic touch.
I’d like to think of my studio as a safe space for nudity and self expression, where you can come and get your muscles treated by a service professional who genuinely care for your well-being.
I’ve helped people decreased pain on their neck, lower back, sciatica symptoms, carpal tunnel, TMJ, mid- back - thoracic pain and frequent headaches. Moreover many of my clients report an increased joint mobility from old injuries that they considered permanent.
My intention is not to fix anyone, hence I believe no one is broken. However I believe that if you just allow yourself to relax at a deep therapeutic level, your body can release tension that is held deeply in the muscles and auto-correct.
Let go of tension and welcome a renewed version of yourself.
Available for incalls and outcalls by appointment.
Note: My sessions may combine more than 14 different styles of massage in one, to meet your therapeutic goals and pressure preferences.
- I love working w the breath ♥️🙏
Re-setting the Vagus Nerve.
Did you know?: There is a fast, natural and efficient way to treat chronic Anxiety, depression & stress by manipulating, treating and re- setting the vagus nerve.
Our Vagus nerve or Vagal nerves are the ones responsible to control the Autonomic Nervous system which is comprised in two parts - our Sympathetic nervous system: fight or flight response - and our Parasympathetic nervous system: Rest and Digest mode.
Most importantly our autonomic nervous system is in charged in regulating involuntary bodily functions such as heart rate, respiration, digestion, detoxification etc.
Why is it important addressing the Vagus Nerve to treat anxiety, depression, stress or most emotional imbalances?
Our bodies are Ancient machinery that stores memories/trauma. Most of the memories are stored in the Vagus nerve. By treating it we can release tension in the nerve and bring the body from the fight or flight mode to the calm and restorative state.
Vagus Nerve Manual Release can have profound effects on the body that will ultimately influence behavioral change, increased mental clarity and increased sense of well-being.
Contact me to discuss your specific situation and to coordinate a sesh. ❤
Holding 🖐 space 🤚 for healing.
I am not a healer. Because that would Imply that my clients are unwell, broken or that they need fixing - and arrogantly give myself the title of the fixer.
I study the body and it’s anatomical functions and all I do is facilitate movement, circulation and relief to areas that may be stagnant and congested.
I simply attempt to hold space for your self healing journey, I attempt to be a reminder that the body heals itself.
And while I do find myself working with clients who want me to fix them and I find myself attempting to take on that role.
I find that the most powerful sessions are the
ones where we work together to activate the inner
healer.
Using the power of intention, the breathe (Prana) and massage to release and recharge.
As I continue to work in this field. it becomes clear and more tangible that I don't simply work with skin and muscles. But something deeper and interconnected to the whole.
And yet I'm not the one doing the healing. It’s our wise, ancient body. Through opening up, trusting &
allowing the body to do what it is capable of..
Relaxing, recharging, releasing, and realigning.
Thanks for reading ~ all the love ~ all the power
Correcting the Hunched forward upper back!
Hello Massage Lovers, thanks for reading. Today I want to discuss a common problem. The big majority of spends prolonged periods of time in front of a computer or mobile device.
Hence the name of this condition: The Text Neck or the Tech neck syndrome.
This is an abnormal self-adopted posture, where the shoulder and neck joints move forward creating the hunched upper back.
You might think this condition only affects the aesthetics & posture, the reality is that it unchains an incredible amount of imbalances in the body.
Research shows that our physiological structures affects our anatomical functions.
The Hunched back could lead to respiratory problems similar to asthma, hence some of our neck, chest and upper back muscles become extra stiff and other weak leading to shallow breathing, poor brain oxygenation, decrease of energy levels, attention and behavioral issues and so on..
What to do?
1) Talk to a professional, weather a physical therapist or Massage therapist for advice tailored to your needs.
2) Stretch Pectoralis, biceps, triceps, sternocleidomastoid, scalenes and the anterior muscles of the neck.
3) exercise your upper back muscles regularly
4)drink water 🥰
