What distinguishes a good massage from a great massage is meeting my goal of balance after a massage, and booking with Jay exceeded all my expectations. My body was in desperate need to be worked on, being a physical therapist myself. Jay inquired about what I felt I needed to accomplish during the session, but also had an innate ability to effectively read, pinpoint and work on my problem areas. His experience greatly showed, as Jay used his gifted hands to provide the right amount of pressure to alleviate the tension in my shoulder and upper back, and the right type of varied kneading techniques to reduce the tightness in my lower back and hips.  After the massage, my goal was met as my body was in complete balance. Thank you Jay!

For me, I know a massage is good when I fall asleep and it did that. I enjoyed the therapeutic massage and it is what I needed. Especially when getting back to a workout schedule. Thanks Centropyge for the massage and your availability today. I will definitely schedule another with him.
