Excellent from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Frederico was welcoming, kind and thoughtful. He was gentle, clear and ensured I was comfortable. He asked some questions on my body and examined me while standing to see if he could sense the aura and energy. I felt comfortable throughout. He was gentle and explained every oil he was using and kept me aware of what he was doing. He checked in often. I am used to heavier deeper massage, but I found the touch of Frederico was just right - gentle, calming and helped me relax and loosen. I enjoyed it thoroughly and will go again soon. Thank you.

I visited with Federico on Monday, April 11, 2022. I had contacted him before arriving in Mexico City from Hawaii.

Federico greeted me at the front gate with a big hug. It relaxed me immediately. And things only improved after that. His space was quiet and calming. His knowledge of massage is incredible. As is his knowledge of the human body. He taught me about reflexology and showed me connections between the body and the feet. Through a series of touches and just the right amount of pressure, he was able to give a fantastic massage. He always inquired if I was comfortable, if the pressure was too little or too much, and made a great effort to get to know me, even in such a short session.

I highly recommend Federico to anyone in need of a good massage, in order to de-stress or to just to relax. He will treat you with professionalism and with respect. He was a big part of my recent visit to Mexico City, and if I return again, I’ll be sure to book him again.

This is my second massage with Federico and it even surpassed the first. He assures you are relaxed and comfortable and delivers a massage customized to your needs. He takes his time and you get more than three hour you booked.

I just returned from a massage by Federico and I wanted to review it while it was fresh in my mind.

First, Federico seemed to understand the science of the body. He was able to identify problem areas, and then address them through skillful massage techniques.

During the massage, he checked in with me to ensure the pressure was okay. He clearly has studied massage and the body. His techniques were very effective at healing the body, all the while providing an incredibly relaxing experience.

Perhaps most important, Federico is such an incredibly nice guy. He was kind, caring, and very attentive.

I've experienced many different styles of massage and tried numerous therapists in the United States, Mexico, and Spain, and I have to say that Federico is easily in the top three of the best massages I've ever had. He’s super welcoming and makes you at ease with his natural charm.

The first half is closer to an appointment with a doctor. He's very welcoming and puts you at ease while giving you a good evaluation of all your pains and spiritual burdens. The second half is a really amazing combination of holistic massage and sensual therapy. He also has a gift for combining creams, ointments, and aromatherapy. All in all, it's a highly customized experience tailored-fit to every patient. He also offers complimentary shower before and after the massage, which is a rarity in Mexico City. You need to seriously try his services.

This was my first massage with Federico. His place is very centric and comfy, he is very kind since the beggining, explaining all you need to know about the session and providing the necessary to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. You can tell he knows his thing when he starts telling you about possible and preeliminar diagnostic by seeing and touching you, exploring you.
He uses the necessary pressure when needed and combines it with a relaxing touch along the whole time. He knows about feet reflexology and I can tell he was pretty close to what I was feeling 😳
I am so greatful that he uses good quality oils that are not smelly but aromatic instead. Nice plus.

Frederico is equal to none, he is a very attractive young man who does not judge and is making you feel like your are the most important person in the world. I fell under his charm and his ability to listen to the body and adjust and teaches you about your own body and it’s needs. I look forward to to my next visit.
