It’s starting to feel like summer finally! For many that means being more active, and waking up those hibernating muscles. I would love to help you release some tension from the long winter!

The sun has finally returned to Portland! If you are like me, that means spending plenty of time outdoors. Let me help you ease the sore, tired muscles you might be having from a winter of hibernation!! It brings me joy to see my clients leave rejuvenated with a new sense of relaxation and connection.

I am back in PDX after a week of relaxation in warmer weather. I’m excited to return home and continue spending time with you all. Let me help you relax!
