FourHandTantraPV's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I was really afraid but ended up having a mystical experience 😂😂😂.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes of course its really my favourite grounding technique.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
My clients speak for themselves! You can check my reviews in the google maps of the spa I work at, it's called The Venue PVR Bodywork and Art located at av Juárez 541 centro near malecón, Puerto Vallarta.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I love dancing and for me massage is like a dance. Constructed by both of us with our ideas, bodies and limits.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Blessed.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Permaculture. Yoga. Pole Dance.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I was a filmmaker for manny years, did many documentaries about tantra until my body spoke to me my back needed a different lifestyle. I started putting in practice everything I had learnt and the rest happened very organically as soon as I got into Puerto Vallarta. Massage gave me muscle, structure, discipline, body awareness, its like a sport so your mind goes away. It really did change my life.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Start slowly and find a good spa. Your work space is your temple.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Some people say I come from another planet.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
It's been almost 1 year of work full time but I have been doing tantra for 5 years now.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Can I be both?
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I think its all about being present. But training is important in order to not hurt your self. I was lucky to get very well trained at the spa I work at by a quiropracter.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Mindblown.
