- Empathy - I put alot of myself into each session because I know the connection I form with the client and the relief I provide will impact their day beyond the time we spend together.

- I want every client to leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on their day - or so satisfied and relaxed that they plan to take a knap as soon as they get home!

- I enjoy just about anything outdoors - running, hiking, tennis, biking. Home DIY projects take up a good amount of my time as well but I enjoy it.

- I'm one of the most genuine, trustworthy people you'll ever meet. I've been told I am an old soul in a much younger body!

- Absolutely! Human touch and kindness and connection is something we all need (now more than ever) and I appreciate the opportunity to provide that for each client.
