JMuscle's Massage Interview
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I am always very professional with the work I do as a massage therapist. I am always reinventing myself to do the best job possible. My goal is to keep my clients satisfied and always coming back for more. Repeat clientele is what I strive for. Above and beyond is what you can expect when you lay on my table. Anyone who walks through the door will be completely comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end.
Why did you become a Masseur?
As a personal trainer client were constantly asking where they could get a great massage. So I decided to expand and become a LMT.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I want all my clients to be 150% satisfied with my services.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes I do. My studio has a immaculate set up. Very modern and has all the essentials needed. Having loyal repeat clients allows me to have such a nice studio to offer them total relaxation and the privacy. I have had some of the same clients for over 7 years. So that means I am doing something right.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I enjoy powerlifting and bodybuilding. I am all about fitness and pushing myself to be stronger.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been a masseur about 8 years. Looking to continue for as long as permitted. I really enjoy what I do and meeting people.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Extensive training is required to stand above the rest in the business. Give you a acquired skill set needed to give clients what others can’t. Best possible massage is the main goal every minute that ticks away on the clock. Relaxation, pressure and the technic to relieve all the stress away knot by knot
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I think I was more nervous then my first client haha. But after the nervousness I fell right into rhythm and my hands worded it’s magic and my client was fast asleep and total relaxed. He is still a client today.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
I would say it’s very profitable and it’s a great way to start your own business. Must enjoy the company of people and have the drive to work hard.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I have a massage studio so I do more hosting then travel. Soon I will be traveling to surrounding states for a weekend here and there
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
It’s definitely addicting. I enjoy my work and the company of people
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am respectful, professional and very funny. My clients enjoy my personality and I enjoy making them feel at home
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I want them to feel better then when they walked in. They will feel like a king on my table.
