Hey, I’m sorry you had a bad experience when you came to see me, but I wasn't in any way responsible for that. You said you pulled into the parking lot, texted me from your car, and waited for a response. After 8 minutes of sitting in your increasingly hot car, YOU DROVE OFF TWO MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS SET TO BEGIN. I apologize for not responding to your text until 12:01 when I checked my phone. I didn't respond earlier because my phone was on silent since the last massage. I took full responsibility for that. But the rest of your review is about the hot day, not me.
We've never met. We've never even been in the same room. So your negative review couldn’t possibly be about my performance. It's more about you not getting out of your car. WHY did you stay in your HOT car for eight minutes? That is what people do. Did it not occur to you that there would be an air-conditioned lobby where you could have waited? I think what you're so hot about,is that you were hot. That's not my fault, Sir. I'm sorry that it happened, but that is on you. The fact is that you stayed outside in that relentless heat when you could have come into a nice cool building. You could have come up and gotten a great massage.
Please consider removing this review. It isn't about me and it's affected my rating.

This guy came in and made outrageous requests that sounded more like demands. I tried to discuss options that I was willing to provide during his session, but then he became insulting and argumentative, and I ended the appointment at that moment. As he stormed out, he told me he would get me back for wasting his time. And I guess this was his attempt to get me back. But really, sir, "Decades outdated"? You might have been more successful had you been less revengeful and vindictive in your "review."
Honestly, it was embarrassing to even have to respond to this absurd attempt to get me back for not doing things that have no relation to a massage whatsoever. May I suggest you try RentMen.com. I like to think I have a more mature and informed client base, but I guess there is one in every crowd.

Of course, no one can please everyone, and I am no exception. However, there are some details I would like to add here. Juniorr tried to make an appointment with me for 11 days. He repeatedly asked me for a deep tissue massage, and he wanted to come after a solid workout at his gym. I figured he would find another masseur. and although I hate to turn anyone down, I was suffering from a minor injury on my right elbow that did not affect my hands but for deep pressure on a hard-muscled body, I did not have my normal deep pressure push power, so I kept making excuses. If I did anything wrong, that was my mistake. And for that, I am sorry and owe Junior an apology. But I digress. As I said, he kept rescheduling. He told me it was because of my great reviews that he wanted me specifically. It was about this time that my elbow was feeling better, and I thought if I could put him off until I should be okay to do a standard deep tissue. So, Friday rolled around and when arrived, I immediately realized it was not going to go well. Juniorr is a 300 pound or more mountain of muscle. I did my best and twice I asked him if I was going deep enough. I was worried I would not be able to keep up the pressure which was apparently not working for him. My elbow was hurting so I decided it he said one more time it was deep enough I would end the session and not run the risk of getting a bad review. I asked him a third time, and he said it was okay. I was honestly hoping that he was going to say it was not deep enough because I was feeling some slight pain. But he did not say so.
And there you have my side of what happened. I was thrown off because I knew that rock-hard body was not going to give up the tightness and I was a weakened soldier. Juniorr I apologize for not telling you about my weak elbow. I could have saved us both some time and me a bad review. Live and learn!

To be clear, my reviewer lists this specific appointment as lasting 6 to 15 minutes. That is incorrect. I performed NO massage. The client was with me for one to two minutes maximum, not 6 to 15.
This complaint is about the lack of a table after I told the client I would have a table there. Normally this would be a legitimate complaint, but decide after hearing all of the pertinent information.
On client’s appt. day, the client arrived, and saw no table. I explained to him that for my 4-day work trip to unfamiliar DC, I didn't bring my table. I had arranged to purchase one in DC on craigslist. It was the most cost-effective option. However, as I explained to my client, my prearranged table seller abruptly blurted out over the phone that he no longer had a table to sell, then blocked me. This happened 1 hour before my 1st massage, (this client) was to arrive. This same seller assured less than 12 hours before, that the table would be delivered by 9:00 am that morning. Suddenly, I had no table and less than an hour to find one. This caused me a significant amount of stress; hence, the cigarette.
I told the client that I had another table arriving soon. I had a backup table in mind. I didn't know how quickly I could get it to the hotel. The client said he would reschedule. Shortly after, he texted, saying he wasn't coming back because he didn’t feel comfortable. I was sorry to lose his business.
I DID procure a table and had it delivered before my next appointment 2 hours later. The rest of the trip was fine with no issues. Everyone else enjoyed their massage. Read the reviews!.
Misc errors by client corrected here:.
1. My photos are not edited. The client only ever saw me fully dressed. He has no idea what I look like.
2. I did not lie about having a table. I got incorrect information that I passed along to this client. I had a plan and executed it immediately to success. Had the client returned, he would have gotten the massage. he wanted.

Tim: I’m sorry that you didn’t enjoy your morning massage, I wish you had told me when I asked you multiple times throughout and at the end of the massage, But instead, you expressed satisfaction with my work. You even talked about coming to see me the next time you were in Atlanta.
To ALL my clients, if you ever feel like the massage, I am giving you is “average”, I implore you to speak up. If I am not providing you with a soothing, relaxing yet firm body- and- mind-enhancing muscle massage, I sincerely hope you will tell me in person, in real time, instead of doing so in a public forum a week later. I take very seriously the concentrated effort I put into each massage I provide and I GUARANTEE I will try, make things right if you're not satisfied. No one person can please everyone, yet I still aim for it every time. One of more basic methods I use to accomplish this is to ask for feedback from the best authority in the room at the time; the client on my table. I will make adjustments if a client expresses the slightest dissatisfaction with my service. However, I can only do this if the client tells me so when I ask them throughout the session and at its conclusion , and not, inexplicably, a week later and completely opposite of what that client expressed to me at the end of the appointment.
