As much as I appreciate the recent high demand over the last few months, I feel it’s important to refresh all potential clients on the best way to schedule a session. Appointments are missed each week, because the proper coordinating is not being made. So, for the record here’s some tips on how I operate my schedule when local and when visiting:

1. Contact a day ahead of when you wish to meet. If that’s not possible, please reach me 2+ hours before the anticipated time requested. I am not “on call”. I only meet a select # clients. If you contact me on short notice, I can’t guarantee being available right away

2. Please text 1st if seeking a visit today. If I’m traveling, at the gym, or doing routine things, it may take a while before an email is noticed. PLEASE TEXT INSTEAD OF EMAIL TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. It may not be noticed within the time frame you’re seeking to meet.

3. City dates listed not meant to read as a travel itinerary. I generally post an ideal “Available Days” that I anticipate arriving between, but due to schedule and extenuating circumstances, I may update, unless you are scheduled that day.

4. Deposits generally asked to ensure host/travel cost.

**Please note: My hours of availability are pretty open. However, after 11 a.m. and before 3 p.m. I generally prefer not to schedule sessions during those hours when I’m traveling and hosting, as I am usually checking into or out of my accommodations, unless I'm already staying for consecutive days.

For same day bookings: I recommend that you contact me directly before noon, as I may move to a different location sooner than planned if no sessions are confirmed in the morning.
