Kelohe's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Oct 30, 2023
- Extensive is a heavy word. I believe the want to do this job has to be there first, no one will be successful if they don’t want to touch and share energy that close with another human being. Second the anatomy of the human body is essential, there are areas to avoid. It sounds silly but one needs to know where bones are and the muscles are, more often than not I get a masseur that will push on my spine and that’s juts a huge no no, and it’s obvious where the spine is located if that takes the masseur an extensive time to learn than yes it’s necessary.
- I’m the only one of me there is. I LISTEN to you and I actually do what it is that you ask but I also add improvise where I find things that maybe one didn’t notice. Of course with permission we can find things together like a glute muscle that was seemingly sore but ended up being deeper into a piriformis muscle issue. If a client has an issue and wants to hear about how we can work to find ways to ease the pain and I have the knowledge, then I will happily share my knowledge.
- The first day? I was a while ago, but I remember being nervous and exited. Like I felt I knew that I was meant to help people through touch but also was I going to be good enough to keep people coming back?
- I like them to have to take a few minutes to collect themselves, have some fresh cucumber or mint water. I want them leaving feeling refreshed, feeling like they got exactly what they were looking for and they can still feel as if my hands were still on them.
- This question is interesting. If you look up definition of successful it will give you a complex answer that has multiple meanings. Do I feel successful as far as accomplishing my aim or purpose as a masseur, then yes I feel like I have reached that point, as far as achieving popularity, profit, or distinction I cannot measure my success by that. If I help just one person, mentally, physically, emotionally than I feel success for the both of us. So popularity seems moot. I hate to talk about the money part so I don’t, I’d hope to go above and beyond the daily average of a masseur in distinction. There are always good and bad days though. I have been regional masseur of the year one year for a place I worked for, that was an achievement to me but we are all experience touch differently so to define success is complicated as you can see
- I believe that we are all connected, massage is based on touch and connection, we have all been through a lot in this life and this has helped me become myself more than ever while helping people relax and open up. This field requires a lot of trust from both parties and I love when I find that with the clients, it makes human connection more genuine and makes for a breathtaking experience experience for my clients, whether it’s an hour or two. I hope that those minutes seem like a lifetime. The idea is to bring satisfaction, trust, and safety. Yes I want you to come back, yes it is a “business” but it’s one that comes with extreme benefits for YOU and me.
- That they forgot where they were for a an hour, that it was so good that reality melts away and the parts of their desires really come to life.
- I love to travel but now days my home is a sanctuary and I like the quiet and peace of it.
- I like to run, love it. Races, marathons, to 5ks. I like to see how far and fast I can push it and I draw love the human body especially male and naked. All anime as well
- I’ve been one for 17+ years, it’s the most hands on job there is and I’ll continue until no one is asking anymore.
- That it’s ok to be yourself, that’s actually when you start being the most successful
- I love to give exactly what a client wants, the details are what sets a good masseur from a great one. I would want to know all they need and want and try to fulfill it as well as I can. Detail by detail. Not demanding but honest and straight forward.
- It’s addictive making people feel better, melting stress away, taking them away from reality for awhile, so yes it’s addictive. I would miss the contact, I need it’s just as much
