Piano players always have strong hands and almost no arthritis, but those muscles still need a massage. Overall goals: relaxation, destress, target tight muscles, and help unseen injuries. Massage created friction between us that increased temperature improving elasticity within muscles resulting in less muscle tightness and tension. Reduced muscle tightness and tension helps the body relax as pain is decreased. Focusing on where tension located I decreased tension allowing a relaxing rest of the weekend.

I take time to workout for at a minimum 2 hours a day. I enjoy looking sexy because I feel sexy, look good, and am healthy. Touching my ass and dick was also nice. Everyone has their own idea of beautiful, I am glad that I met yours!

Having a guy use his hands, elbows, and arms, in place of a foam roller is both good for muscles and stimulating. I also love men so appreciate when I get to touch other men : ).
We are supposed to use the foam roller at the gym but hands from a Massuer actually get into tighter areas. I use a massage gun (when can not get another guy) on quads, IT band, hamstrings, and ass, it works but a man’s hands are better.

For this particular massage believe I experimented on chest. A chest massage techniques include: friction, kneading, trigger pointing, and skin rolling. Friction uses thumb and fingertips. Friction along muscle fibers brakes down collagen fibers. Not relaxed collagen fibers will result in pain, like after chest day. Short circular movements increase the temperature of the muscles fibers. Heat and fingertip movements stretched the chest.

Kneding (like my name. Lol) is where I squeeze the chest and nipples. Idea was rescue restrictions caused by connective ties and improve blood and lymph flow. Similar to fiction, kneading increases temperature. Kneading makes chest muscles more elastic stretchy increasing nutrients and oxygen to chest muscles.

Trigger points on the nipples, besides making men randy, target centers of muscle fibers. Trigger points break down knots that could cause muscle spasms. Pressure on nipples causes ischemic reaction, restricting a blood flow to target body part. hen the pressure is released, the body detects a form of damage as cells are broken down to soften the knots. Once the body detects damage, an increase in blood flow is delivered to this area. An increase in blood flow provides the muscles with an increase in healthy nutrients and oxygen. During week of massage I was reading about the history of shamans in massage. Shaman used to channel magic and health. I do not consider myself a shaman, beat a drum every day, attempt my knowledge is better than anyones, or believe in magical powers. I do believe massage can provide a great intimate experience that relaxes body in a scientific manner.

Aboriginal Australians culture sham used massage to drive away spirts. The Massuer would push the spirt out of the top of head by practicing different movements on the body. I do not aim to get spirt out of head. I do aim to relax your head and body through different movements.

Our ancestors, and even us, rub or dug into their skin feeling for muscle when they got injured. There are specific physiological and psychological changes during a massage. Glad I was able to bring these to the surface. Very happy you got to total relaxation in a clear haven. Understand the workday was hectic and you were able to unwind. My location is not perfect, in the heart of Old Town Pasadena in a small room, but there is enough space for performing a complete massage. Much of our time is spent doing instead of being. Many people spend their days doing social things, these can even be envious to others, are important, and part of living, but we need to create time to be with others. I appreciate the time and cost that was spent on our session. I enjoy when clients have goals and am always glad their expectation, relaxation, creating pleasure, oe something else was achieved. Goal for me and client are mixed for its own sake and this is often rare in our doing based society. Massage is a fulfilling way of creatin intimacy outside of typical male to male contact. I think about clients who had an operation and were suxually unavailable but required physical touch. I tried incorporating new styles and technics into massage that would keep client excited. There is nothing worse than the same boring massage. When I worked with couples I find that massaging them helped them learn about other people. Putting clients in touch with feelings they did not know they had helps me feel and grow. Massage is progression not a regression.

So happy there were 3 sessions and look forward to performing more. Glad to learn massage sessionalways evolving. I want to help people who are not feel relaxed and not bord for what canbe over two hours. Massage is a means of communicating between people showing love and affection through touch in a session. When using touch I want to help clients learn about themselves and me than have what is learn carry into other relationships. Today I see many clients who are avoiding other types of intercourse but need another means of contact communication. Apps are an excellent way of meeting guys but I know that sometimes a more controlled form of meeting another person for touch is safer. Clients want to know I am trustworthy.

I try practicing leg movements on myself or teammates before bringing them into massage session. Leg massages need to be stimulating and relaxing. Did not use percussion but did move hands, arms, and elbows, rhythmically across body. I like to progress from sensual to erotic. I start with large and expansive glides over the legs. Right kinds of movements over legs has helped me stretch. I use my arms to stimulate the foam roller used at the gym. I travel down the length of the legs with both light brush strokes and deep movements, overlapping when necessary. I lean over the legs to cover large sections of the body. Man legs and ass are sexy and I always enjoy massaging those parts of the body. Experimenting with different speeds and pressures of strokes the entire time while catching what is best enjoyed by the partner.
