Lthrscorp's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I began massage after needing many to help my own health years ago. Naturally the first time I did massage I felt both nervous and excited. Along the way I have experienced a lot of different people on the table. I am happy to say my first client is still a client.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes I definitely would! There is something about connecting to another person and sharing energy during a session. I have meet many wonderful men.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Absolutely! I have massages all different shapes and sizes. There is no room for judgement in my massage space
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I approach each client with respect, a responsibility to listen and deliver. Each of us is unique and I treat each person as such. I have learnt to trust my intuition when massaging and it has proven itself over and over.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Like they have had the best experience possible and will want to come back.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I love making men feel good. I find it rewarding when someone comes in and needs healing work done or is seeking touch in whatever way works for them
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
To trust yourself and want to do it. Trade massage with others so you can learn different techniques and unknown skills you don’t realize you have. Above all be open.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I am me! I offer only myself with no expectations and in doing that I give my best.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Approximately 15 years
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love to travel when I am able. If I had one wish it would be to be an international massage man to learn techniques and cultural differences to enhance my skills
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I would say no to extensive training, however you must gain some knowledge and that comes with doing.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I hope they feel that the received what the asked for with love, detail and attention added.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love being at the beach. If I could live on one I would. I’m a gentle soul so I am a chillier guy. I like the gym as well.
