Booked in a few days ahead via WhatsApp and even booked a time on their website. Travelled an hour to get to them and was left standing on the street. I tried calling and messaging both of their phones and no response, even though the messages showed they were read. I get that some time things come up and plans have to be cancelled but this was really poor
