- Anyone who sends me a thoughtful message asking about my practice should feel that their message was fully received and thoughtfully responded to. We are here to talk about connecting deeply as humans, so our very first written interactions should convey that we can treat each other with respect and dignity.

- Growing up smack dab in the middle of seven children is what I credit for the tremendous amount of patience I have with people as well as my ability to find common ground with just about anybody. Connecting with people on a deep, personal level is what has always delivered satisfaction in my life.

- I hope my clients feel touched - pardon the double entendre. The main things people seek in this world are connection and belonging. My desire is to bring those things to the experiences I provide for my clients.

- My entire life, I have been completely obsessed with cars. Trust and believe that if you show up in any kind of tricked out hot rod, we're going to talk about it. I love car shows and dealerships, as well as tinkering on my own little garage queen.

- In '23 I traveled a TON for various trainings and workshops. I got a lot out of it but I'm a bit of a homebody, so I'm taking a long break from air travel for a while! Not opposed to a long road trip though...
