- Whether a person is successful or not is an individual evaluation. I’m currently a California Certified Massage Therapist. In past years I was a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist. I had over 700 hours of training in massage school. I learned college level anatomy and physiology. I learned how the body worked. I learned when massage was not appropriate for medical reasons. I received and performed countless massages from and on other students in my class. I learned and practiced many different styles of massage. I received valuable feedback from instructors and students. After massage school I continued to learn via hands-on continuing education, and numerous massage publications.
Combined with my innate sensitivity and intuition, this path has truly helped to make me successful.

- My life has always been one of service. I worked 10 years in Social Services and over 17 years in corporate customer service. I was always trying to make things work to the benefit of the client or customer in front of me. But there were always limits to what I could do within the governmental or corporate rules and protocols. At one point I became disillusioned by the whole system. I wanted to do more for people. Massage was always something I kept as a dream, in back of my mind. I finally made the move one day. At 40 years old, I quit my job and entered massage school. No regrets.

- I’ve been a Certified Massage Therapist for over 27 years. I take fewer appointments these days as I head into semi-retirement. But massage and the beautiful connections made through this work continue to nourish me. As long as my body and spirit allow, I’ll keep on massaging well into the future!

- Yes. I’ve been doing and loving this work for over 2 decades. I’m totally present with each man who finds his way to me. As long as I provide the very best work I’m capable of in the moment, I’m successful. Repeat clients and thank you notes are always great. But real success is a satisfaction that comes from within.

- “All” of the other Masseurs? That’s a pretty arrogant stance. I will say that I place open and honest communication between myself and my client high on my priority list. I really want to know the man I’m touching. Tell me what you need, how you want to feel, and what helps you to heal. It’s always my intention to nourish our therapeutic connection. It’s from that wonderful connection that the very best massage experience flows.
