Matureisbetter's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I do...it was in a hotel and I had recently learned some basics off the internet. They were left happy!
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
When you do what you love, you will miss it when you are not doing it! I love feeling a man under my hands, so yes, I would miss it if I were not doing it.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I do consider myself successful, because the men I massage thank me and come back. They enjoy it therefore I enjoy it and find success in that.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I care and want them satisfied.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I want them to feel like they can't wait to come back! That means they feel good and satisfied!
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love business and fitness. I am always looking at different business opportunities!
Why did you become a Masseur?
I love the feel of a man under my hands. It brings me joy!
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Do it!! Learn the skills to be the best masseur you can be!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Age and experience. I have been around the block a time or two. I like to demonstrate my experience in how I touch!
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been massaging for many years, but more focused in the last 5 years. I do not plan to stop anytime soon!
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I have traveled the world and will continue. There is always a life balance between work and play, so I continue to navigate that, but future trips are on the horizon. Amsterdam, Argentina, and Croatia are on the horizon.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I don't know that I would say "extensive training" but one does need to be skilled and able to provide a quality massage. That takes time, effort, and education!
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Of course I want them satisfied and feeling good. As in any situation, I want them to feel that I cared and exceeded their expectations.
