Mellowww's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Oct 01, 2022
- My clients feel really happy that they spent their time and money for good!
- Yes of course! Well, not training necessarily, but practice, extensive practice is necessary for a Masseur to be successful. To be successful (to enjoy what you are doing and get paid for it) - you gotta be confident in whatever comes your way as a Masseur. And this path should be discovered through extensive practice.
- I am more of a homebody only because of my massage table, which is customized to my massage routine, is stationary, I can't "travel it out." But I don't mind traveling to my clients.
- "Masseur" is part of my identity. I will always have a masseur in me.
- My talent!
- I would advise them to comprehend the power of their influence because body-focused practices are delicate, whether it is surgery, lashes/nails, or a massage.
- When I was a kid - I loved to comfort my mother by giving her a massage since she worked very, very hard; I had a need to pick up on that, to show that I cared. So, perhaps I became a masseur to fulfill that unconscious process that was, and probably still stirs up my soul.
- As I mentioned above - a big fan of chess. Sadly, my life has been rocky for several years, so I did not develop my hobby routine. While I am getting towards my career goals to live a comfortable life - I spend my free time sleeping, haha:) However! do like exploring music! Tonnes of playlists on my media platforms!
- I would like them to feel accepted and welcomed! I appreciate every client as they are the ones who keep me active; with every client, I am given an opportunity to comfort a human being in a space of my presence. I don't care for tips, body type, age, or status. I care for a human being who trusts me enough to get under my control naked on my massage table.
- I like to stay within my "masseur identity" with my clients because it creates a comfortable space to deliver massage without engaging my client with "mind work." But since you are asking - I will tell you that I am a big fan of chess, rollerblading, and medicine; I am a nerd pretty much. I am European originally, but I identify myself as American.
- Haha. Well, based on my previous answer - yes, I do! I do what I enjoy doing, and I get paid for it - it is a pure success in its essence. By the way, I captured this definition of success from Alan Watts.
- I don't really see that happening that I will ever stop giving massages. I have a gift - my massage persona is a talented being, which requires space to express itself. It is my way to communicate my feelings, to tell a story. If I had a significant other to fulfill my creativity in massage - that would be enough for me. Meanwhile, I am here for you.
- I sure do! That is where my "gaydoctor" persona came to life! In fact, I fell in love with my first client, we never had any sexual contact though. I was giving him always more than expected. I came out to him about my feelings in three years. But this is a whole another story.
