Jay is a very friendly and chatty guy. Seemed to be very knowledgeable about massage and really got into the tight areas and released a lot of tension in my back. Overall, Jay was a caring, nurturing masseur and I came away very relaxed.

Jay is a really friendly guy, with a positive approach and kind mindset. And a solid masseur!
He went out of his way to accommodate me at the very last minute, and did wonders to my back and trapped shoulder nerve whilst still focusing on the body in its entirety. Can only recommend him!

I had my first massage with Mensbodyworksuk last week and already can’t wait to book again. The massage was fantastic. There was good, strong pressure, paid attention to my problem areas (even managed to fix lingering gym injury) and left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Mensbodyworksuk provided a really relaxing environment, made me feel completely comfortable from the start and took his time to me one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended!
