It has happened a lot where I was able to find tight areas on people that they were not even aware of. Many people have adhesions and intermuscular adhesions can have a deleterious effect on the body. Most people respond with massage therapy. Most commonly, the muscles around the area will have elevated muscle tone. I'm able to use this tone change as a trail of breadcrumbs to help me find the spots that need attention.
