A new season begins and with it, a new opportunity to book yourself a massage :)

Summer was quite the challenge when it came to booking sessions. I am hoping that Fall will brings along many chances for you to preschedule a massage from me.

It's Saturday, last day of Spring and the Summer season is about to start.

As of June 19th, massage therapy is once again allowed to take place in California in many jurisdictions. As massage therapy “reopens”, the current COVID-19 pandemic underscores the importance of a proper client intake in identifying possible pathologies.

The intake questions are meant to help me as a massage therapist:
1. Assess and minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 by identifying potentially communicable clients.
2. Best serve COVID-19 survivors who may suffer from a wide variety of complications including, but not limited to, blood clotting, renal failure, arrhythmia, seizures, chronic headaches, fatigue, and muscle damage.

When working with clients during these uncertain times, I will proceed more cautiously than normal. Asking proper questions help me to make clinical decisions that maximize benefits while minimizing risks.

With this being said, I am excited that I am able to relaunch my massage business here in Sacramento. I believe that touch is essential and massage is one way of self-care that you can give to yourself during these times.

Hi, thanks for checking my blog post. Hope you are well :)

I wanted to express my desire to find a new space to work out of and do my bodywork sessions.

I am currently located in Midtown Sacramento. Ideally I would find a shared space with another massage therapist/bodyworker/energyworker etc. So if you are aware of any spaces for rent and/or to share, send me a message and we can figure something out.

I am looking forward to continue staying in Sacramento, but I am open to other live/work options along the West Coast.
