PeakPleasure's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Yes. It turns out that my first client was a former massage therapist himself so I really lucked out. It was nice to receive positive feedback from somebody who knew what they were talking about from a technical standpoint, as well as rewarding to have made my first regular client.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Without a doubt. I am confident in the work I provide, and I'm always asking questions to make sure I cater to the client on-hand. I also make sure I am always comfortable and relaxed as how I feel has a direct impact on how the client is feeling - and with that said, my sessions always end with both parties satisfied.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I travel 100% of the time, considering the studio I take incalls is about 15 minutes away from my residence.
It's great when a client can host as massages are always more relaxing when one doesn't have to commute home afterwards. It also allows me to really take my time and not worry if we go over the allocated time (whereas I need to book the studio).
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Satisfied. Recharged. Eager to book their next session with me.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been offering bodywork for over 10 years now. It's been great and has helped me become a well-rounded individual.
